In order to allow customers to see-touch-experience the games, we have a special "demo-test-drive" offer

This is a special service and will continue as long as customers play by the rules.

1. A demo "Desktop" unit with 10 games. Part #46-100500
2. Demo offer does not apply to any other model
3. We will ship to any "Continental USA" location for free (Fedex-Ground)
4. Consignee's signature at delivery will be required.
5. You must immediately report if there is any damage to the shipper box or the Desktop demo
6. From the date of delivery, you will have 2 full business days to check it out. No extentions. No exceptions.
7. On the 3rd day, you must re-pack and ship back to us by Fedex or UPS - at your own cost.
8. At the time of shipping, you must send us the tracking number to confirm return shipment

DEPOSIT:

1. As part of the deal, you need to provide a valid and current company credit card number
2. We will pre-authorize (but not run) the card in the amount of $2,250.00 (Funds must be in your account)
3. If you ship back the Desktop demo on or before the 3rd day, the deposit amount will be released.
4. You must use the same shipping carton in which you received
5. You must send us the tracking number immediately after shipping
6. Funds will be released soon as we receive the Desktop demo in "like-new" condition
7. You are fully responsible for any damage to the Desktop demo (suggest insuring during shipment)
8. If you are late shipping by even one day, we will automatically charge your card for $2,250.00
9. When we receive the Desktop demo, we will refund the full amount less a daily service fee
10. You will need to sign an agreement to the above terms
11. You will not dispute the charges with the credit card company

PURCHASE

1. You may decide to keep and purchase the "Desktop" model. We will then process as normal order
