What is a Touchscreen terminal?
A Touchscreen interactive play terminal is a compact computer with a special screen which children can touch with their fingertip to play a number of fun and challenging on-screen games.

Touchscreen terminals are typically used in any environment where small children need temporary entertainment including:

What games are available?
There are 10 games - each with different levels of difficulty:
- Color - Fill in sections of pre-designed images with different colors,
- Paint - create your own finger-designed painting using different colors,
- Memory - find the 2 matching images from a series of “flip” images,
- Detective - find the differences between two similar images,
- Math - simple math questions (addition and subtractions),
- Alphabet - learn how to write the letters and practice it with your finger on the screen
- Counting - learn how to count numbers
- Drawing - freehand drawing of images
- Sudoku
- Puzzle
Touchscreens games are for what ages?
The current games are designed for children from 3 -12 years. However, we are developing additional programs to be played by Teens, Adults and Seniors
Can you customize software for specific customers?
Yes. It is possible to customize the complete program theme to reflect your company (Example: Hardware, Museum, Automotive, Medical. It’s a matter of programing with the appropriate graphics. The cost of customization will vary with the subject and will be quoted. Contact us
How do you update new games?
As new games become available, you will be able to download via a USB memory stick that you simply plug into the small computer inside the cabinet. The program information is self downloading - no technical experience required.
How big is a Touchscreen?
Screen options are 15" or 17" (measured as a diagonal (like TV measurements).
There are several different cabinet/enclosure configurations:
- Floor Models (Example Sunny Face) 31" Wide" x 14" Deep x 52" High
- Countertop (Average): 21" Wide x 11" Deep x 20" High
- Wall Mount (Average): 22" Wide x 10" Deep x 19" High
How is it set up or installed?
Touchscreen models are pre-installed in a colorful, enclosure system. In most cases all you need to to is plug into an electical outlet
- Countertop requires no additional assembly
- Floor Models - requires customer to attach the faceplate to the base
- Wall Mount (A) - requires customer to attach with anchor screws to the wall
- Wall Mount (B) - customer has option to "hard wire" the unit to a dedicated outlet
Anchoring?
To prevent theft or accidental tipping, floor models can be anchored to the floor or to the wall behind the unit.
Operating 24/7?
The cabinets are well ventillated and under normal operating conditions can run 24/7.
In what colors are the enclosures available?
We offer standard colors (see product pages), but it is possible for a customer to request customization. Please contact us for additional information
What advertizing opportunities are available ?
The Touchscreen can be programmed to offer not only the opening screen (included in price) but also special advertising inserts (additional cost). Types of screens that can be programmed:

c. Schedules
Cleaning?
You can use most household cleaning products like Glass Cleaner, Mr. Clean, 409, etc.
Do NOT use cleaners that contain bleach or harsh abrasives
Do you export?
Yes.
Power adjustments for both the computer and the touchscreen can be set for 120V or 220V. The 2 prong connections can be adapted to the local connection.
The HP minicomputer and Elo touchscreen systems can be repaired or maintained at any of their international centers.
Software updates can be mailed.
Warranty?
The Touch Screen system comes with a 1 year warranty (same warranty offered by the manufacturer of the computer and touchscreen hardware.) An additional 1 year warranty is also available for a fee. Under normal circumstances, your system will last for many, many years of enjoyment.
