What are the benefits of using Rubber Tiles?
- Can be used indoors or outdoors
- Easiest material to install (can be DIY)

What are the rubber tiles made from?
They are made from recycled rubber with the top layer impregnated with a color blend

Where can you use rubber safety tiles?
Indoors or outdoors, virtually on any solid., level surface.

Is it safe?
The rubber tiles exceeds ASTM 1292 safety standards for safety surfacing by 25%. This ensures the product will comply to the standard throughout the 10 year warranty period.

Fall heights? The thickness of the tile will depend on the Fall Height. Ranges from 3 to 10 foot fall heights.
If the safety surfacing is to be used under playground equipment, you will need to find out from the manufacturer the fall height of the playground equipment.
Is it long lasting? 10 year warranty - but only 5 year warranty if used in/around a swimming pool environment.

How do you install?
The rubber tiles are designed for DIY installation: - For indoor applications, it can be “loose” lay, but we recommend tile-to-tile adhesive. - For outdoor applications, there is a requirement to use adhesive to glue tile-to-tile to stay in warranty.

In what colors is it available?
There are 3 color groupings
Basic: Black - the least expensive
Plus: Forest Green, Terra Cotta, Blue, Grey, Sandalwood
Premium: customized colors to meet your specific needs

Minimum Orders?
1. Basic & Plus - Minimum $500 + shipping
2. Premium - Minimum preferred 250 pieces (tiles and/or ramps) - if less than 250 pieces, there is a $250 “set-up”fee. - if less than 250, pieces, minimum dollar value of $500 (not including set-up fee or shipping)

Can you paint it?
Yes - you need a special rubber paint

UV Treated?
Yes, the tiles are designed for long lasting outdoor use, however , color stability/longevity is not covered under the warranty. This limitation is the general rule for any/all rubber unitary surfacing manufacture.
There is generally no discoloration or fading indoors unless there is exposure to UV rays from outdoors.

Can you use Softile around swimming pools ?
Yes - but only the “Premium” grade because factory can make a little denser in the production process. Same rules for “minimums” apply. Customer must indicate “pool use” in advance. In addition, pool use version only has a 5 year warranty - not the standard 10.
