Most states require by law that all child activity facilities
meet ASTM, CPSC, ADAAG provisions for proper
and adequate safety surfacing
Liability lawsuits are very costly if an accident
occurs at a child activity facility which does not have safety
surfacing that meets State and/or Federal safety standards
Indoor facilities now also require safety surfacing - not just
outdoor
