If you have a need for a custom shape or design, we look forward to meeting your requirements. However, please note that this is best for products with a production run of hundreds or thousands of units. There are design, prototype and mold preparation costs that the customer must pay up front.

	For "any" new or custom product there are several steps. Any change or modificication is considered a new product. determine precise dimensions determine the degree of foam density create a CAD drawing design & fabricate a prototype mold prepare prototype adjust mold & formula as required test & confirm prototype select Pantone color(s) fabricate production mold run a minimum of 500 pieces/color
	This process can take several weeks and will require up-front design fees as well as pre-production and production expenses. Typical start-up cost for a new product is at least $1,000 dollars.
