The following 3-year warranty applies to the touchscreen and video game systems including:
1. LCD touchscreens
2. LCD screen for video games
3. Cabinets
4. Touchscreen games

The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase by the customer. This warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts, expressed or implied, including the warranty of merchantability and fitness.

Warranty only valid with presentation of invoice or sales contract.

The 3-year warranty as stated above are only valid if the system(s):
1. has been delivered intact by the freight carrier (no claim at the time of delivery)
2. is set up exactly according to approved plans and installation instructions;
3. has been used only for the purposes they were intended;
4. has been maintained and inspected according to maintenance instructions;
5. has not been subject to vandalism, misuse, accident, neglect or acts of nature;
6. has not been modified, altered or repaired by anyone other than certified personnel

The warranty does not cover:
1. breakage of components due to aggressive play, misuse or abuse
2. cosmetic items including scratches, dents, marring, fading, discoloring, weathering, painting
3. play related accidents or normal wear and tear.

The warranty does not cover video games purchased by the customer to use in the video game systems.

In certain situations, there may be a simple solution such as re-booting the system - and as such does not require the shipment of replacement units or components.

For any items which are covered by the warranty, Toviga™ shall arrange shipment of the replacement part free of charge within 10 days of written notice and verification of the issue. Toviga™ shall not be responsible for any labor costs associated with such replacement. The Warranty on the replacement part(s) shall be for the balance of the original warranty period.

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purposes. Further, no representation, oral or written, or any Toviga™ representative may be substituted for the afordescribed exclusive limited warranty. To the extent permitted by law, Toviga™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages which are expressly excluded from this sale.

To make a claim under the terms of the Warranty, the buyer’s written statement of claim, along with a copy of the original invoice, maintenance records, and supporting photographs, must be sent to Toviga:

EXPORTS: The warranty for export sales is the same as for the USA except that in such cases where there is a local supplier of components under warranty.
